| Blossomfield has one of the best bowling greens in the Midlands and has played host to a variety of Birmingham League, County and International touring teams over the years.
The Club offers coaching from EBA coaches – for the very beginner and for the more experienced bowler. There are Men’s and Mixed friendly matches on selected Saturday or Sunday afternoons and Ladies friendly matches on Wednesday or Thursday afternoons. The Men have two teams in the Tuesday/Thursday evening Birmingham Bowling Association League and also a team in the Monday/Wednesday afternoon Evergreen League. |

The Ladies also have a team in the Birmingham District Women’s Bowling Association Tuesday evening league. Numerous Local and National cup competitions ( Ivens, F.W.Walker, Top Club and Wardrop) are also entered during the season. There are afternoon and evening Social ‘Roll-Ups’ in addition to the ever popular ‘Sunday Tournaments’ where club spoon prizes add a competitive edge. The bowls section runs many internal competitions throughout the season for which everybody is encouraged to participate. |
